#260 Black’s Beach/ DeAnza Springs California

Really had a good trip down to the cliff to Black’s Beach north of San Diego and then drove into the desert to look for roadrunners at DeAnza Springs….no roadrunners but still saw some new birds.  Black’s beach was loaded with new species and the grand total is now up to 260.

I saw a lot of cool birds I had seen earlier and probably saw over 60 species total, California Thrasher, Say’s Pheobe, and Nuthall’s woodpecker were but a few.

The hiking around DeAnza was awesome and I could hike around textile free for miles, my legs will hurt for days
